Biomarkers Explore
We offer direct access to world leading biomarker expertise and capabilities. We are able to develop and implement innovative approaches to explore the earliest signs of efficacy at a biological level. Starting with the development of the initial study concept, we can work with you to determine exactly what is relevant and desirable to explore. Our ability to develop bespoke assays means we are also able to assist in determining if model predictions are achieved (for example, receptor occupancy). This facilitates enhanced safety evaluation and dose level decision making, while allowing models to be refined and adaptation to be made to subsequent study cohorts or planned studies.
