Crédit d'Impôt Recherche (CIR) - Approval of CRO by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research

We are pleased to announce that Charité Research Organisation GmbH has been recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research as a private enterprise providing research activities within the framework of the research tax credit scheme.
The research tax credit, also known as the CIR (Crédit d’Impôt Recherche), is a tax incentive aimed at companies carrying out research and development activities, in accordance with article 244 quater B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
With this accreditation our French clients are now able to profit from our extensive expertise in the conduct of Phase 1-2a clinical studies and subsequently apply for a significant reduction on their tax bill.
The accreditation is valid for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023.
