Charité Research Organisation experience covers a wide range of indications. Notably, First Time in Human and Phase I studies have been conducted in both Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis patients.
Early development experience in this area has included the conduct of single-centre studies combining dosing in healthy volunteers and both patient populations. Diagnostic procedures (specifically endoscopic and biopsy procedures), are realised in collaboration with the Charité Departments of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. This collaboration can facilitate a wide range of other assessments too, such as gastric transit time. CRO also has experience in early development of other indications, including GERD and H-Pylori infection.
